Tuesday evening, the City of Cumberland received an update from Percy Public Affairs, the city’s lobbyist in Annapolis. Richard Reinhardt of Percy went over legislative wins for the city, including securing $500,000 in state grants toward the Evitts Creek Combined Sewer Overflow project. The city was not as fortunate in receiving needed financing for widening the intersection of Mechanic and Harrison streets. However, Reinhardt has plans in place to get assistance for the project…
