After hearing arguments on both sides of the issue, the Cumberland Mayor and City Council this week voted unanimously to close a portion of Riverside Avenue. The request came from Grow West, a medical cannibas company with operations on the site of the former Kelly Springfield plant at the Riverside Industrial Park.
