On Friday officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Samantha Louden. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court stemming from a traffic stop in October of 2021 when she was operating an uninsured vehicle with a suspended license. Louden was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own recognizance.
Arrest: Samantha Jeanine Louden, age 30, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Driving without a license, and Driving an uninsured vehicle.
Later officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Daniel Walker. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court in Frederick Maryland. Walker was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.
Arrest: Daniel Alexander Walker, age 33, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Theft $100-$1,500.

On September 20, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on William Ravnscroft Jr., age 31, of Westernport, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from Ravenscroft failing to appear in District Court on August 6, 2019 for driving on a suspended license. Ravenscroft was taken for his Initial Appearance and released pending trial.
On September 20, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Crystal Rymer, age 28 of Cumberland. The Summons stemmed from a September 19, 2019 incident where Rymer threw litter on the ground. Subsequently, charges were applied for in District Court. Rymer was then charged with unlawfully disposing of litter not exceeding 100 lbs. The Summons was served on Rymer and she was released pending trial in District Court.
