CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED
On Saturday, April 2, 2022, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on James Patterson Jr. The criminal summons was issued as a result of a private citizen filing for charges against Patterson at the District Court of Allegany County. Patterson was released pending trial.

TRESPASSING ARREST
On Saturday, April 2, 2022 at approximately 8:47 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was on patrol in the area of Henderson Avenue when he observed a female, later identified as Jessica Miller, walking on CSX Property which is posted “No Trespassing.” Miller was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
