BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Friday, April 11, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jacob Baker. The warrant was issued as the result of Baker failing to appear for court on an original charge of Theft: $100 to under $1,500. Baker was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $500 bond.

On Friday, April 4th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Terrell Makai Littlejohn, 23, of Cumberland MD. Littlejohn was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on April 3rd. The warrant alleges Littlejohn violated the terms and conditions of probation that were placed upon him due to a previous conviction on a charge of second-degree assault. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

On Friday, April 4th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jeremy Allen Yetter, 39, of Cumberland MD. Yetter was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on April 3rd. The warrant alleges Yetter failed to appear in court on that date for a previous charge of failing to send a child to school. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $500 bond.
