The City of Cumberland is making City-owned real estate available for purchase through an auction on GovDeals.com.

A City-owned property on Altamont Terrace has been posted for live online auction. The auction is view only starting on August 1, 2023 and ends on August 30, 2023. The auction begins on August 31, 2023 and will end on September 6, 2023 at 7:00PM.

This property has a dwelling on the property and is classified as a rehabilitation project. Subject to availability, this property is eligible for the City of Cumberland’s Home Rehabilitation Grant.
