On Friday, the Cumberland City Police arrested Brandon Bryant Butler, 31, of Cumberland MD. Butler was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for on charges of possession with intent to distribute fake CDS. Butler was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bond.
