On Tuesday, July 13th, 2021 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Drezdin Jose Delgado charging him with theft $100-$1,500. The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident that occurred on July 6th, 2021 at a S. George Street location. On that date, officers were in the area looking for individuals involved in a separate incident when they contacted a female that claimed that a male, later identified as Drezdin Jose Delgado, stole a sum of currency from her purse and fled the area. He signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.

On Saturday, officers with the Cumberland Police Dept served an arrest warrant on 40 year old Travis Duckworth of Cumberland.
The warrant alleged that Duckworth removed items from a business located in LaVale. Duckworth was transported to Police Headquarters where he was served the arrest warrant charging him with three counts of theft less than $100.
Duckworth was taken for an initial appearance at District Court where he was released on his personal recognizance pending his next court appearance.
