City Hall Will Remain Closed to the Public Through July 15th

City Hall will remain closed to the public, with plans to reopen on Monday, July 15, due to construction delays in the building. 

Staff will continue serving our residents through this extended closure, with Tax and Utility and Parking remaining in the Willetts Building at 446 N. Mechanic Street. Human Resources continues serving from the third floor of the Public Safety Building while other staff members may be reached through email or their direct phone lines. 

Citizens who require in person assistance with their payment may visit the Tax and Utility Department, inside the Willetts Building (446 N. Mechanic Street). 

Tax and Utility customers are encouraged to make payments in the following ways: 

 • Online at www.cumberlandmd.gov 

 • Drop box outside City Hall 

 • Drive-by box at the Chamber of Commerce 

 • Pay with a credit card by phone at 844-984-0459
