It’s back to square one with developing the former Memorial Hospital site. Mayor Ray Morriss said the attempt to revitalize the site with RAZ Development of the DC area did not succeed and it’s time to move on. Mayor Morriss added that the city learned a great deal from the experience and new doors will open for the Memorial Hospital site.
