The annual Local Business Showcase sponsored by the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce will be held October 16 at Frostburg State University’s Lane Center. Along with businesses being able to network and display their services to the public, Chamber President & CEO Juli McCoy says there will be a series of workshops through the day designed to help businesses grow…
“We have a professional development workshop and lunch panel. And then in the afternoon we have a panel with the Small Business Development Center and then another one with a couple of state agencies that are there for a Q&A. Lots of opportunities for local business people to come and attend that at no cost and that’s open to anyone, not just our members.”
