At Thursday’s meeting of the Canal Place Authority, much of the discussion centered on the listening session held Wednesday in relation to expanding the boundaries of the Passages of the Potomac Heritage Area to include all of Allegany County.  Executive Director DeDe Ritchie told the Canal Place Board that the session was well attended by representatives throughout the county and that the time seems right to be making the expansion happen so the history of the entire area can be included…
