Year-end campaign finance reports for the Republican candidates vying for the open District 6 Congressional seat show that Tom Royals, a former combat aviator, has raised the most money with almost $293,000 raised and $95,000 cash-on-hand.  Mariela Roca had raised over $165,000 by the end of the year.  The list also includes Neil Parrott whose report shows over $118,000 raised, but the Hagerstown resident has not yet filed to run for the office, according to the Board of Elections website.  The filing deadline is Friday.
