From the City of Cumberland:  On Tuesday, August 29, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., water service will be interrupted for valve replacement @ Butler Alley.  The area affected includes N. Centre Street from Baltimore Street to Frederick Street, Butler Alley to George Street, and Baltimore Street from Centre Street to George Street.
