The Maryland State Fire Marshal continues to investigate the cause of a single-family home fire that occurred on Wednesday evening.
A neighbor discovered the fire at a home on Shadoe Hollow Road. Bowmans Addition volunteer firefighters brought the blaze under control in 20 minutes. Estimated loss to the structure is $10,000. The American Red Cross is assisting the residents.
