On Friday, January 17, 2025 at approximately 6:52 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of Bond Street for a trespassing complaint involving Robert Rodriquez.  Rodriquez had just been arrested at approximately 4:25 AM for trespassing on the same property.  He had been released on a criminal citation and ordered not to return to the residence.  When police arrived, they contacted Rodriquez on the front porch of the residence.  He was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a Temporary Commitment.
