On 10/17/2024 at approximately 4:45 PM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Bond Street for an assault. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the victim. The victim advised they were assaulted by Brendan O’Toole. The officer observed injuries to the victim consistent with their statement. O’Toole was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking. O’Toole was released on his personal recognizance
