On Thursday, February 29th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Corbit Harry Arrowood Jr, 49, of Cumberland MD. Arrowood was arrested on a District Court Body Attachment issued on February 28th. The warrant was issued as a result of Arrowood failing to appear in District Court on February 28th. Arrowood was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is being held on $500 bond.
