A blizzard warning remains in effect for Garrett County and western Grant and Pendleton Counties in West Virginia through today. Snow could total up to 10 inches in higher regions. Charlie Gischlar of Maryland State Highways says whiteout conditions are possible and drivers should stay off the roads or take precautions driving or before going out…
