Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Ryan Roach. Roach violated the conditions of pre-trial release on an upcoming Circuit Court case for burglary. Roach was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond, pending a hearing in Circuit Court.
