On Wednesday, February 19, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jason Stottlemyer. The warrant was issued as the result of Stottlemyer failing to appear in court on an original charge of Theft: $100 to Under $1500. He was arrested and transported to Central Booking. Stottlemyer was later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing and posted a $1,000 percentage bond.

On Saturday, February 15, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Courtney Winner. The warrants were issued as the result of Winner failing to appear in court on original charges of DWI/Drugs and Driving Uninsured. Winner was located inside of a residence in the 600 block of E. First Street and arrested. She was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and oxycodone. Officers determined that Winner intended to distribute the suspected crack cocaine that was located. She was transported to Central Booking and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion of the hearing, Winner was released on her personal recognizance for both warrants; however, she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond for the on-view charges.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Saturday, February 15, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Kristina Hubble. The warrant was issued as the result of Hubble violating probation on an original charge of School: Fail Send Child. Hubble was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Hubble was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $100 bond.
