On March 27, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a Bench Warrant on Nellie Miller. The warrant was issued after Nellie Miller failed to appear on the original charge of trespassing. The original charge of trespassing occurred on January 28, 2025. Officers were dispatched to a residence on Baltimore Avenue for a trespassing complaint. The building was posted on June 24, 2024 as “unfit for human habitation and unlawful to occupy”. Miller was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
Arrest: Nellie Ann Miller, age 61, Cumberland Maryland.

On Thursday, March 20, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Nicholas D’Atri. The warrant was issued as the result of D’Atri failing to appear in court on an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle. D’Atri was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.

BENCH WARRANTS SERVED
On Thursday, March 20, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served three bench warrants on Kayden Brewington. The warrants were issued as the result of Brewington failing to comply with court orders on original charges of Assault-2nd Degree (x2), Theft less than $100, Obstructing & Hindering, and Alter Phys. Evidence Crim. Proc. Brewington was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
