On Monday, October 27th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Richard Leonidas Page II, 68, of Cumberland MD. Page was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 20th, 2025. The warrant alleges Page failed to appear in District Court on that date for a previous trespassing charge. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

On Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jeremiah Robert Tigner, 47, of Cumberland MD. Tigner was arrested on two active Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 20th, 2025. The warrants allege Tigner failed to appear in District Court on that date for two previous cases in which he was charged with CDS paraphernalia possession and unlawful removal of a grocery cart. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.

CHARGES - Bench Warrant-Failure to Appear x2.
On Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Melissa Carol Moore, 40, of Piedmont WV. Moore was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Frederick County District Court on January 2nd, 2024. The warrant alleges Moore failed to appear in court on that date for a previous cds paraphernalia possession charge. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on $500 bond. At the time of her arrest, Moore was also found to be in possession of an amount of suspected methamphetamines. For this, Moore was issued a Criminal Citation for CDS possession.
