On Monday, December 29, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Cayden Zona. The warrant was issued as the result of Zona violating probation. He was originally charged with Violate Protective Order. He was arrested and seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Zona later posted a $100 bond.

On Thursday, December 25, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Charles Reed Jr. The warrant was issued in response to Reed failing to appear in court on September 3, 2021. Reed was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he awaits his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
