On Thursday, December 18th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Johnna Maxine Buckley, 35, of Cumberland MD. Buckley was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on December 1st, 2025. The warrant alleges Buckley violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction on CDS possession charges. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond. At the time of her arrest, Buckley was also found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. She was issued a Criminal Citation for the offense.

On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Kasidea Miltenberger. The warrant was issued as the result of Miltenberger failing to appear in court on an original Fugitive from Justice charge. She was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Denardo Middleton. The warrant was issued as the result of Middleton failing to appear in court. He was originally charged with Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle. He was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, he was released on his personal recognizance.
