On Sunday, March 9th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Joshua Michael Reikie, 45, of Flintstone MD. Reikie was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on March 5th, 2025. The warrant alleges Reikie failed to appear in court on that date for a previous charge of driving on a suspended license. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.

On Thursday, February 29th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Jeremy Michael Dahl, 30, of Cumberland MD. Dahl was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on February 12th. The warrant alleges Dahl Failed to Comply with an order of the court that stemmed from a previous 4th degree burglary charge. Dahl was taken before a District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond. At the time of his arrest, Dahl was also found to be in possession of CDS paraphernalia and issued a criminal citation for the offense.

On Thursday, February 29th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Eric Ethan Wright, 23, of Lonaconing MD. Wright was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on February 28th. The warrant alleges Wright violated the terms of his probation that stemmed from a previous second-degree assault conviction. Wright was taken before a District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

Smith was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on February 28th. The warrant alleges Smith violated the terms of his probation that stemmed from a previous second-degree assault conviction. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

Delisle was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on February 26th. The warrant alleges Delisle failed to appear in District Court on that date for previous charges including CDS possession and possession of paraphernalia. Delisle was taken before a District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on $5000 bond.
