A Philadelphia man was arrested New Year's Eve after a 13 mile chase.  Naeem Albright, 27, fled an attempted traffic stop on Route 30 east of Bedford.  The chase continued on I-99 with speeds in excess of 120 mph.  Albright has been charged with fleeing from police, illegal firearms possession, and receiving stolen property.  He is being held in Bedford on bail of $400,000.
