Governors from three states bordering the Chesapeake Bay gathered at the Chesapeake Executive Council to determine a path forward in bay conservation. Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, and Virginia’s Glenn Youngkin announced a new Agricultural Advisory Committee to revise the existing Watershed Agreement and make it more manageable.  Governor Moore says the effort goes beyond water quality…
