On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a building in the 200 Block of Baltimore Street for a premises check. Upon arrival at the building, which was posted with no trespassing signage, Officers located several individuals inside. Robert Connolly, Stephanie Connolly, Matthew Norris, and Shawn Gladden were arrested for trespassing. Additionally, Officers located controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia on Gladden’s person. All four individuals were issued a Maryland Criminal Complaint Citation and released pending their trial at District Court.

 

Arrest: Robert Connolly, age 38, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Trespassing Posted Property.

 

Arrest: Stephanie Lynn Connolly, age 46, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Trespassing Posted Property.

 

Arrest: Matthew Mark Norris, age 51, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Trespassing Posted Property.

 

Arrest: Shawn Lamar Gladden, age 41, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Trespassing Posted Property, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
