After almost a year and a half of construction, the reimagined downtown Cumberland holds opening ceremonies today. Special guests from Maryland state government including Secretary of Housing and Community Development Jake Day and State Comptroller Brooke Lierman will be on hand. WCBC will have all the festivities live from Baltimore Street beginning at 9a.m. and going through the official ribbon cutting ceremony.
