The long awaited grand re-opening of Downtown Cumberland happens Thursday. The WCBC Dave Norman program will have live coverage starting at 9am before going to Baltimore Street for coverage with Chris Myers, Jim Zamagias and Kathy Cornwell. The opening ceremony will begin at 11am, featuring speakers from local and state government. North Centre Street, Liberty Street, and Baltimore Street will officially be open to traffic beginning on Tuesday, November 19.
