Baltimore Street Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On Friday, November 1, 2024 at approximately 1:59 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 100 block of Baltimore Street for a disturbance. Police arrived and contacted the parties involved. It was reported that Misty Jenkins had been in a physical altercation with another female. Jenkins refused to listen to officers’ orders to stop causing a disturbance. Jenkins had already been warned by police to not create any further disturbances during an unrelated incident earlier in the evening. She was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking where she is currently being held pending her initial appearance before the court.

CHARGES: Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey a Reasonable

On 09/29/2024 at approximately 9:00 AM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to a business in the 30 block of Baltimore Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers observed Kimberly Carnley yelling in a patron’s face that she was God. Carnley was asked to stop yelling and leave the area. Carnley refused and continued to yell inside the business. Carnley was placed under arrest and transported to the police station. Carnley was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.

Charge – Disorderly Conduct
