On Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 100 block of Baltimore St for the report of a disorderly male subject. Upon arrival, officers were advised that a male subject was observed in the area, yelling and creating a disturbance. Officers located the male subject and advised him to cease his disruptive behaviors and leave the area, to which he complied. Later in the day, officers again responded to the area for reports that the male subject had returned and was again creating a disturbance. As a result, Michael Allen Wallace, 43, of Cumberland MD, was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.
