A Baltimore man was sentenced to three years in prison after entering a guilty plea for Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin. Judge Justin Gregory in the Circuit Court of Garrett County sentenced Christopher Johnson at the top of the sentencing guidelines, based on criminal history. The charges stem from an incident in January when Johnson was observed with drug items in plain view at a local motel. Deputies recovered a number of capsules containing heroin along with other items.
