On Friday, January 17, 2025 at approximately 10:56 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 400 block of Baltimore Avenue to assist Code Enforcement.  Police contacted Shane Sneathen inside the property.  It was determined that nobody was allowed inside the residence.  Sneathen was placed under arrest and searched.  He was found to be in possession of suspected fentanyl and related drug paraphernalia.  Sneathen was issued criminal citations and later released pending trial.
