On Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, at approximately 6:52 am the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 400 Block of Baltimore Avenue for the report of trespassing. Upon arrival, Officers observed two individuals who had been previously advised not to be at the property as the City of Cumberland declared the property unfit for human habitation. As a result, Scott Levine and Brittany Loscig were placed under arrest for trespassing. Levine and Loscig were issued criminal citations and released on scene pending their trial at the Allegany County District Court.
Arrest: Scott Tyler Levine, age 37, Cumberland, Maryland.
Arrest: Brittany Alice Loscig, age 26, Cumberland, Maryland.
