On Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, The Cumberland Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Baltimore Ave for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, officers located two subjects inside the property. It was then discovered that the property had been posted “unfit for human habitation” by the City of Cumberland, and that the subjects could not be on the property. As a result, Scott Tyler Levine, 37, and Brittany Alice Loscig, 26, were placed under arrest. The subjects were each issued a criminal citation for trespassing and released, pending trial in District Court.
