Attorney General Warns About Flood-Damaged Cars

States like North Carolina and Tennessee continue to recover from recent flooding; now Maryland’s Attorney General is cautioning car buyers that some flood-damaged vehicles may make their way to market.  Telltale signs are a musty odor, moisture in exterior or interior lights, and stained or loose upholstery.  Amie Mitchell of the Better Business Bureau says that car buyers have rights to check out vehicles before buying…
