On Saturday, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 400 block of Seymour Street for a reported disturbance.

Upon the officers arrival they observed Eric Eugene Miller II strike a victim in the face with his hand. Officers then placed Miller under arrest for assault second degree.

Miller was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.

 

Arrest: Eric Eugene Miller, age 32, Cumberland Maryland.

Charge: Assault Second Degree.
