On Tuesday, June 13th, The Cumberland City Police arrested Garrett Michael Ketterman, 33, of Cumberland MD. Ketterman was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant for an incident that had occurred on June 9th. During that incident, The Cumberland Police responded to a Weber St home for the report of an assault. It is alleged that Ketterman entered a residence without permission and assaulted one of the residents. He then left the area prior to officers’ arrival. Ketterman was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $2,500 bond.
