24th America’s 911 Ride, sponsored by America’s 911 Foundation, is come through Cumberland today between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. 270 motorcyclists will trek through the Narrows and into Cumberland before heading to Rocky Gap via Frederick Street. America’s 911 Foundation honors those lost in the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. Board Member Roger Flick says the ride sponsors scholarships for the children of first responders or first responders who are a sophomore or junior in college.
