Amazon is locating another distribution warehouse within 90 minutes of Cumberland.  A new $120 million warehouse is being finished off in New Stanton, Pennsylvania, creating 600 jobs in the area where 180 trucks a day are expected to move product for the retail giant. Site developer SunCap Property Group had purchased the site for $10.5 million from Westmoreland County. This will be the 14th warehouse or fulfillment center Amazon has built in Pennsylvania. The project should be completed by the end of this year. Shipping company UPS also has a hub in New Stanton.
