Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.
Thursday, June 13, 2024
Dylan Michael Werner, 30 of Mount Savage, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for Violation of Protective Order. Werner was later released on his own recognizance.
Friday, June 14, 2024
Garrett Lee Flanagan-Wagaman, 26 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant.
Wagaman’s charges include: 6 counts of Assault-2nd Degree on Department of Corrections Employee and Malicious Destruction of Property/Value less than-$1,000. Wagaman is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review.
