Allegany County Commissioner Bill Atkinson says that the Riverside Park Project should move forward.  Atkinson said removal of the dam below the Blue Bridge should not pose a problem.  He added that neighboring West Virginia is supportive and will benefit from a loop trail.  The commissioner spoke to WCBC at the PACE reception.
