Tuesday evening, the Cumberland Mayor and City Council received an update on some additional COVID relief funds for downtown businesses. Melinda Kelleher, the Executive Director of the Downtown Development Commission, said she anticipates the funds arriving by the end of this week and that more than two dozen businesses are in line to receive small grants…

Kelleher said that she would hand deliver the checks to expedite the amount of time it will take once the money arrives at the DDC.
