Allegany College of Maryland has awarded the WCBC Jim Robey Achievement Scholarship for the 2024-25 school year to Justice Warner. Warner will receive $500 split over the Fall and Spring semesters. The scholarship is awarded annually to a student in the multimedia technology curriculum. Warner has completed 30 credit hours towards her Associate’s Degree and also works at UPMC Western Maryland.
