ACM Apprenticeship Program Benefits Students & Employers

Allegany College of Maryland is recruiting restaurant and hospitality professionals to participate in its new Hospitality Management Registered Apprenticeship program. Participating employers are eligible to receive tax credits, Maryland Works Grants, and other incentives.  Program Coordinator Courtney Love says the program provides student workers a building block for education and a career path…

“They can also work towards a certificate which is typically a one-year program but may take a little longer since they will be going to school part time but our goal is to get them their Associate’s Degree at the end of this program.”
