Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Tyree Lorenzo Hope, 32 of Baltimore, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment. His charges include: 2 counts: CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics, 2 counts: CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, 2 counts: CDS: Distribution-Narcotics, CDS: Possess-LG Amount, Handgun in Vehicle, CDS: Distribution ETC. with a Firearm, Firearm/Drug Trafficking Crime, Handgun on Person, Firearm Possession Crime Violence/Felony, and Illegal Possession Ammo. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Jakela Tonice Watkins, 34 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment. Her original charges include: 2 counts: CDS: Possession Within Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, 2 counts: CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, and 2 counts: CDS: Distribution-Narcotics. She is currently being held without bond.
Matthew John Gonzales, 38 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation Pre-Trial Release. His charges include: Dangerous Weapon-Concealed and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. He was previously released on a $10,000 Unsecured Personal Bond is now being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Michelle Lee Porter, 43 of Hancock, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction was for Contraband Delivery where she received a 3-year sentence with 1-year suspended and 5-years Supervised Probation. She is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court. Addition charges are pending against Ms. Porter. A search conducted at the Detention Center revealed that Porter was found to be in possession of CDS.
