Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended Monday, October 30, 2023.
Jordon Marshall Shook, 37 of Cumberland, was served five (5) warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Probation. He is being held on a $2,500 – 100% bond in the District Court case, and is being held without bond in all other Circuit Court matters pending a bail review. His original charges include: Robbery, Dangerous Weapon-Intent to Injure, Armed Robbery, Attempted Assault-Second Degree, Attempted-Theft Less than $100, Burglary-4th Degree-Swelling, Trespass: Private Property, CDS: Possession Paraphernalia, Obstruction and Hindering,
Gerald Jermain Boyd, 27 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction is for CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics. He is being held without bond in that matter pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Zachary Ryan Haer, 27 of Grantsville, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Conspiracy for CDS:P Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics. He was released on a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.
Karen Lynn Warner, 58 of Johnstown, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Her original charges are for CDS: Possession – Not Marijuana. She was Released on her own recognizance.
