Jessica Payton Nelson has again been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department. She is a white female, 14 years old, 4’-11’, approximately 120 lbs., with shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen in the area of Winifred Road on Sunday evening, 2/2/25 at approximately 11:00 PM. Her clothing description is as follows: a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweat pants.  Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is urged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
