The West Virginia legislature is meeting in special session in Charleston and is busy dealing with agenda items from Governor Jim Justice. It now appears likely that the governor's proposed tax cut of 5% will be whittled to 2% by the legislature. The House of Delegates will reconvene Tuesday at 11 a.m.
