West Virginia’s Power Generation and Consumption Act could open energy resources for the whole country, according to Governor Patrick Morrisey. The new law regulates the production of electricity within micro-grid districts to foster new energy production. With the ample reserves of natural gas and coal in West Virginia, Morrisey says the state could be the energy resource for America’s economic growth…
