Heather Marie Mercer, 48 of Fairmont, WV was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Her original charge was for: Attempt to Drive Without a License. Mercer was released on her own recognizance from Central Booking.
David Lee Armstrong, 33 of Elk Garden, WV was arrested and charged as Fugitive from Justice. Armstrong is wanted by Mineral County, WV for Violation of Probation. His original conviction is for Stolen Property. He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a detainer pending transport to West Virginia.
Timothy Bobby Miller Jr., 36 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pretrial Release. Miller is charged with 3 counts of felony CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics and 3 counts of CDS: Possession – Not Cannabis. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
