A Maryland man who government officials now say was wrongly deported to El Salvador is suing the Department of Homeland Security. Prince Georges County resident Kilmar Garcia was picked up by ICE officials and deported in March with no legal proceedings. Governor Wes Moore has spoken out on the situation and U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen says Garcia belongs with his family…

   

“And now they say there’s nothing they can do about it to get him back. This shows the complete disregard of the Trump Administration to any kind of due process. The administration should immediately bring him back home.”
